SBC International provides Nomination of Shareholder Service for those who would like to stay anonymous in project / investment / company management due to some specific reasons .
The
nomination of shareholder provides a confidential identity
to the trustee to directly or indirectly participate in the
company business. It is a very convenient service for the
people who holds different occupations or conflict of interest
in many situations.

Nomination of SBC International 3,000.- or;
2 Nomination
of other party (documentation fee 1,200.-/set)
(Stamp
duty is excluded on the above situations)
Responsibility of
the nominee

The
trustee is the true beneficial owner of the shares, which is
not related to the nominee

The actions or documents
proceed will be directed and arranged by the trustee, which
is not related to the nominee

All
the business, debts and legal responsibilities on the company
are liable to the trustee, but not the
nominee

detail

Provide
signatures on the documents of the newly formed limited company

Prepare and arrange
the ˇ§Declaration of Trustˇ¨ to protect the rights of both parties

Provide
signatures for documents that required to submit to the government
within the service period (e.g. change of shareholder)
