SBC International
provides service for the individual/corporate director who
would like to stay anonymous on project/investment due to
some specific reasons.
The
nomination of director provides a confidential identity to
the nominator to directly or indirectly participate in the
company business. It is a very convenient service for those who are holding different occupations or conflict of interest
in many situations.
Nomination fee

Nomination of SBC International 3,000.- or;
2 Nomination
of other party (documentation fee 1,200.-/set)
(Stamp
duty is excluded on the above situations)
Responsibility of the nominee
1
The
profit and loss of the company are not related to the nominee
2
The actions or documents
proceed will be directed and arranged by the nominator, which
is not related to the nominee
3
The
nominee is not allowed to participate or influence the decision
of management of the company
4
All the businesses,
debts and legal responsibilities on the company are fully liable to the nominator, but not the nominee
Reasons for Nomination
To keep the personal information on the Company Registry undisclosed
due to some personal or business reasons

Not possible to be nominated in the appointment of director

To keep the business
investments confidential from other business partners to avoid
the conflict of business

Significant assets holder
To
keep the number of holdings (company/asset) confidential from
the public
Service detail

Provide
signatures on the documents of the newly formed limited company

Prepare and arrange
the "Service Indemnity Agreement" to protect the rights of both
parties

Provide
signature on the bank account application documents, however
the nominee will not involve in the management of the bank account
(e.g. issuing bank cheque)

Provide signatures
for documents that required to submit to the government within
the service period (e.g. change of company information or at
the submission of audit report)
