Requirements	1 director
	1 shareholder (no nationality restriction; shareholder and director can be the same person/corporation)
	1 company secretary (must be a Hong Kong citizen or a Corporation)
	The minimum for the Coporate Capital Share is 1.00- (Each Share is up from 1.00-)

Company Secretary

Annual Company Secretary Fee 2,400.-
*As a normal & sound practice, we suggest you to appoint of our company as the Company Secretary to handle necessary documents filing, including the preparation of Minutes and change of company details as required by the Companies Registry.

Change or transfer of Share

Provide the official legal service, company legal advice and accounting / taxation advice

Submit the Annual Return for the coming year and change of the sharholder

Chang of director's information, amend and submit the company legistered document and prepare the minutes

Change of the company's name and address

	Clients are required to pay the Stamp Duty and Government charges during the service of year.

Share Capital

Stamp duty for share capital of 10,000 is including in formation fee.

Share capital exceed 10,000 shall be charged 0.1% stamp duty.

Example : Share capital 1,000,000 x 0.1% = 1,000

Example : Share capital 500,000 x 0.1% =500

Identification

Copy of valid passport or identification.
