Annual Fee for Company Secretary 2,700.- *As a normal & sound practice, we suggest you to appoint our company as the Company Secretary to handle necessary documents filing, including the preparation of Minutes and change of company details as required by the Companies Registry.

 Provide the official legal service, company legal advice and accounting/taxation advice

 Submit the Annual Return for the coming year and change of the sharholder

 Change of director's information, amend and submit the company registered document and prepare the minutes
